Profise was founded by Jeroen Peelen en Marc Willems. We are two ambitious ad-interim managers with a good balance between hands-on mentality and Minds-on skills.
Because of our many years of experience we have acquired specific knowledge within several specialties, which is necessary to successfully perform interim assignments. We are trained to advice and we spot improvements in financial business processes and reporting. Hence we are able to quickly scan processes within organizations and give you specific recommendations which can also be implemented by us.

Jeroen Peelen RA
Empathetic and decisive financial interim professional with extensive
experience at various industrial manufacturers. Strong leadership qualities where teamwork is most
important. Analytically strong and has a good adaptive capacity. In-depth professional knowledge in
particular in the field of external reporting (IFRS, DAS), internal control and financial in- and outsourcing processes mostly
within production companies. Consequently, able to analyse processes and systems in a short time and
address recommendations properly. Proven track record to execute change processes.
Marc Willems RA
Creative and result focused financial interim professional with broad
experience at mainly holding companies. Proven track record as financial project manager among other
process optimisations of financial processes, refinancing and coordinating M&A transactions.
Knowledge sharer, loyal attitude and excellent communication skills. In-depth knowledge of IFRS, Solvency II and Risk management. Experienced in international
environment and able to achieve shared goals by open and positive attitude.
